Unless I am very much mistaken, larger rolling radius tyres will make the speedo read lower, not higher than actual speed.

As I understand it, a downside of using this approach to get a slower speed is that the power of the motor is significantly reduced and it may struggle to drag the wipers across the screen.

Many had the horn switch incorporated into the indicator switch.

To sound the horn, the indicator wand is pushed toward the steering column.
