And good news! The touring club is planning a run from Victor Harbor in SA to Canberra, arriving in time for this year's National Rally. Details of accommodation and route being settled at the moment.

The coil was on top of the generator in my SII-with-a-948-motor but for ease, I moved it to the mudguard when I fitted an alternator. Doesn't seem to be an issue there, but always happy to take advice ...

The Torana discs came off one of my cars and had the original pizza cutter wheels. So back to the drawing board. Bit of a lot of a nuisance for Rod.
