just remember that BSF is grade 8 high tensile while Bunnings are grade 5 or mild steel, may not matter but ya don't want your door falling off

if your just replacing the axle seals you don't have to remove pinion nut, if you want to replace the pinion seal a rattle gun or a longer socket bar I think the nut is about 90ft/pnd | |

If both arn't working could be the dipper switch or both blown check that all the wires are still on the dipper switch, low beam is a blu/red wire | |

if you don't have a multimeter remove the wire from the sender unit and connect it to earth, turn on the ign and if the gauge goes to full then you have a sender problem, if it still shows empty its t ... | |

on the fan belt its self it will be marked ie:A42 which means "A" section 42" the best place to buy a replacement belt is a industrial belt supplier [a lot cheaper]

remove the ign switch and disconnect the wires, if the gen light still stays on then you have a short in the wiring loom, if it doesn't then its the ign switch that's faulty | |

sounds like a ignition switch problem, if you turn the key off and it still runs then its still getting power thru the switch, if you reconnect the battery does the gen light com on even with the key ... | |
