That's a beautiful Morris. I particularly like the wheels on it.

All is well here, thanks! I saw your website and enjoyed the photos of your van. I particularly liked how you got it up on it's side to work underneath.

I going to school like a madman this semester and have lots of homework. That will be over in a few months and a "normal" schedule should resume. I have been waiting on parts and plan on pulling the van back off soon and starting the engine swap.

Is your Morris the same color as Carolyn's? I only ask as I'm surprised they refer to that color as Murlong Grey. It sure looks like a Blue color to me Yellow Convertible

I used to work for Fender guitars and we had a color called Starlight Blue which was in reality a purple sparkle color. I used to get calls all the time from folks telling me they got purple sparkle and not the blue they ordered . Yellow Van

Whoops, that was me. Every time I run my spyware removal software, it seems to erase my login info on the boards I frequent.

Hi Duncan,

I always thought it looked blue too, but it definately isnt a real blue, maybe a very light blue.

Check out the pic below. Mine is the second car in from the right. There is a blue ute next to it and a darker blue ute next to that. When you look at mine compared to those utes, it certainly looks 'less blue' and more of a grey.... but I still reckon it is blue, just a light blue Very Happy

cheers mate

thanks Markr, yep the tiller was changed. the first lot of pics (the ones at the top of the page) were taken just a few days after I picked the car up.

here's a pic of the car as I bought it.... pretty basic

lots of little cosmetic things have been done to improve it's driveability everyday....

goes to show that you can make a boring old 4 door into a nice daily driver that turns heads Very Happy

cheers
