Made a 1little progress today removed the brush plate by drilled heads off rivetts (4)
Ordered a new brush set from UK about $20 slightly different but I will try and fit it. Also have a wiring diagram to use old light switch for two speeds
you need a relay and of course a"W" knob
I will update later

Still trying to get the right brushes for the motor which is otherwise in great condition. Red Sedan
Received a very good wiring diagram for the two speed wiper with the three mounting legs and happy to e-mail it.
Also finally worked out how to use a headlight switch for two speed.
Here is how to do it.
1 Purchase a Narva relay model No 68044BL
2 Connect from switch (parkers now low speed)No30
3 Connect low speed on wipers to 87A N/C ( normaly closed)
4 Connect from switch ( headlights now high speed) to 86 and from 86 to high speed .There is no connection to 87
5 connect 85 to fuse (positive)
Motor needs a positive from from live side of fuse for self parking
When low is turned on it goes through closed relay to wiper motor.
When high is turned on it opens relay turning low off.
As you return the switch it goes high/ low/ park.
These motors are positive and switch works through negative as per standard i:e the supply terminal on switch goes to frame.
Hope this helps.
Please note this has been amended 5.00pm
