alternator for mini?

Does any one know any thing that might help a fellow asking me about an
alternator (negative earth) for a morris mini?

What fits etc?

We usually scavenge Mini alternators for the Minors.
Don't you have dead Minis over there?

Most Lucas alternators are interchangeable but some might have an external regulator.

I have the wiring diagrams and a full factory service manual for the mini
and mokes
dont remeber an alternator ....will have a look

ok fweddy I have the alternator wiring diagramms for clubman and GT the 1100 series and the moke ---

have that fellow send me his email addy

and which mini he has

I don't have his email - I've sent him off to the forum and I'll point him in your direction if he comes back for more. But If what we have given him makes him satisfied then that's good.

Just need to keep them mini chaps quiet!
