Is there a bit more room in a lowlight than a later Morris grille? A quick look with a tape measure shows that I have (generally) about 1.5" (appx 40 mm) of clearance in front of the radiator ... |

The Landrover and Daewoo units are thinner than the aftermarket models I have found.

I have taken a look, and most of the wreckers seem to have fans that are fairly thick. I think someone mentioned a Mitsubishi but I have yet to find on intact at the local wreckers. ... |

Pertronix makes a kit that eliminates the breaker points. They have one for the Minor listed on their site. I put a kit in my Datsun 1200 and the cost was $69 USD. | |
