G'day everyone,

I've noticed the oil pressure gauge in my newly purchased Morrie is behaving erratically, and I can see air bubbles in the line.

Obviously it needs bleeding. Has anyone done this before, are there any tips? I guess I should just start the engine with the gauge disconnected and pump the air out, then reconnect it. I will also have to check the lines and see why air got in in the first place.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Drew.

just loosen the join at the back of the oil guage

have a rag there you will loose a small bit of oil

start the engine

tighten the join back up when the air bubbles are released
